- Postponing until Chris+Don are present
- Outline goals for the organization moving forward to best serve the community
Feasibility Study
- Continued to add to list of stakeholders to be interviewed by Tracy Cross
- Possible meeting next Thursday in town for people to show up and talk with a representative of Tracy Cross.
- Still need $5,000 to pay the final balance of the feasibility study
Journalism
- Interested in having local journalists cover local news and events to include on the website
o Advertise to high school students for volunteers
Water Tower
- On track to be installed in Spring

Time to get started on a recreation center in response to community feedback from Survey
