Marsha is a founding member of Revitalize Delton and earned her BA and BS from Michigan State University and her MBA from Western Michigan University. She has spent over 35 years working in medical practice management and currently manages Southwest Michigan Dermatology. Marsha is a steward to her community, and has served on many Boards including: Barry Intermediate School District, Delton District Library, Corewell Health Pennock Foundation. She was on the Delton Kellogg School Board for 17 years where she served as the President. She is also a founder and the Board President for the Delton Kellogg Education Foundation since 2015. Marsha has been married to Stu for 40 years and together they have 3 children who graduated from Delton Kellogg Schools, Mike, Sarah and Anna. -

Vice President
Christine Zuzga is the TEDF and Transformative Projects Manager in the Office of Economic Development at the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT). Zuzga is an American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certified professional planner with over 20 years of progressive experience in local and State government. Her expertise is in the areas of community and economic development, grant administration, planning, zoning, historic preservation, and community engagement. Zuzga has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography & Historic Preservation and a Master of Science in Geography / Urban and Regional Planning, both from Eastern Michigan University. Christine and her husband Eric bought a cottage at Long Lake Cloverdale almost ten years ago. After a few years hiatus, they became full time residents in the fall of 2023. -
Treasurer
Jerry is a founding member of Revitalize Delton. He earned his Bachelors of Arts from Alma College and his MBA from Michigan State University where he met his wife, Megan. Jerry and Megan moved to Delton shortly after they were married in the 80s and he worked as the manager and eventually the owner of Okun Insurance Agency in Kalamazoo, MI for 40 years. He has served on several boards, including Michigan Lakes & Streams Associations and Home Builders Association of Western Michigan. In addition to Revitalize Delton, Jerry was a founding member of the Delton Kellogg Education Foundation and still sits on their board. Jerry and Megan are the proud parents to two Delton grads, Casey and Cogan, and have hosted two exchange students over the years. -
Secretary
Allie was born and raised in Delton and graduated from Delton Kellogg High School in 2016. In college, she waterskied for the University of Cincinnati where she also served on the National Collegiate Waterski Association Board for three years. She is passionate about community and education; she currently works in the Calhoun County Public Defender’s Office and will graduate from Law School in 2024. Allie and her husband are new homeowners in the Delton Area and she is excited to do her part to support the community that built her. -
Board Member
Jill is the City Attorney in Battle Creek, where she has worked for nearly 15 years. She's a member of the Michigan Association of Municipal Attorney's (MAMA) Board, as well as a member of the governing Council for the State Bar of Michigan's Government Law Section. She has lived in Delton for 40 years, most recently for the last 27 years at Long Lake, in the home where she grew up. She attended Delton Kellogg schools from Kindergarten through high school graduation in 1980. Her four siblings, their spouses, her husband, and her four children are all DKHS graduates. Her four grandchildren are current students in the district. She loves Delton and is excited to be a part of the movement to revitalize and grow our community. -
Board Member
Marie and her husband are Delton Grads. They returned back to Delton after completing their education at Central Michigan University. They raised their three children in Delton. They also are the proud host parents of 12 exchange students who have attended DK. Marie is currently the Exchange Student Coordinator for the area where she works for ICES and partners with the schools. She has assisted her husband in building many homes in the DK school district. She loves our community and small town and looks forward to being on a team to work toward the goal of helping it flourish. -

Sarah is a retired pharmacist and community volunteer. She has served on boards for organizations in Kalamazoo and Richland and volunteers regularly. She is an avid tennis player and dog mom. She and her family have owned a home in Delton since 2004, and moved to Delton full-time in 2020, Sarah is excited to help Delton flourish through the Revitalize Delton project. -
Board Member
Don Perry originally hails from a small town on the East Coast, but moved to Kent County in 1991. A graduate of East Kentwood, he attended Grand Valley State University where he studied political science and philosophy. After college he lived in various places around the country before returning to West Michigan in 2010. He and his family moved to the Delton area in the summer of 2023. Quickly recognizing the value and potential of this community he decided to join the Revitalize Delton organization to bring both his passion for rural living as well as his years of experience in construction and business to help enrich and sustain the area he is proud to call home. Recently being appointed to the Building Authority Board of Barry County, as well as working closely with other organizations, Don Perry seeks to help the Delton area grow while still retaining it's small town charm and values.

As a Delton Kellogg Alumni, mother of current Delton Kellogg students, and business operator within the Delton school district, Ashly is dedicated to helping our community achieve sustainable growth. She looks forward to utilizing the skills she has acquired from receiving her Marketing degree from Western Michigan University and further accreditation from Michigan State University. She's eager to get to work as the Revitalize Delton Marketing Chair.
