- Review of Origins of Revitalize Delton
- School enrollment has been declining over the last decade and the community is changing so started with a grassroots plan to develop the community more.
- Website is up and running revitalizedelton.org
Feasibility study
- coming to town next week, hoping to hold a public meeting while she is here
- Study is ordered
- Need 5000 to pay for the remaining balance when completed
Water tower is on schedule to be going up in the spring
County-level update: Jim McManus, county planner
- We have a need for housing placement
- There is not really room to build right now so we need to have formal developments
- About to re-write the zoning ordinance for the entire county including the Delton area
- Accepting feedback
- Drafting gravel and solar ordinances at the county level now
Board of directors
- officers have been established
- We’re working on our strategic plan for goals moving forward and then ratifying the committee structure
- Officer terms have been set

In response to community feedback- we’re starting a project to get a community recreation center and reaction programming going.
