Called to order: 5:47pm
Feasibility Study:
- Once we get it, what is our role and how do we get that going?
o Seek out developers
o Sewer and water authority is waiting for our study to answer the question of what do we do
o Seek out developers that will proceed with community goals in mind
o See what guidance the feasibility study gives on the housing options
o Info on zoning in land designated for development
§ 100ft wide, .25 acre lots, 1200 sqft is how small lots can be
§ Zoned multi use so can build single family, townhomes, duplexes, other flexible options
Water Tower
- It’s going up!
Strategic Plan
- Workshop during community meeting to engage them and be sure that their interests are in line with the interests of the board members
DDA
- Need to get a DDA going again in order to help downtown businesses flourish
Potential Development Plans
- School explore the land they own for potential development
Founders Day Festival Fundraiser
